Dr. Kim Ross
Dr. Kim Ross received his Ph.D. in Biomechanics from the University of Waterloo
in 2003 under the supervision of Dr. S. McGill. Dr. Ross graduated from The Canadian
Memorial Chiropractic College (C.M.C.C.) in 1987.
Since 1988, he has been teaching chiropractic skills and body biomechanics at C.M.C.C.
and currently holds the title of Associate Professor. In 1999, he obtained the position
of Chair for the Department of Applied Chiropractic.
Since 1995, he has been invited to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners
in Colorado annually, to help develop part four of the the National Board Exams.
He has been published in the journals Spine and Clinical Biomechanics.
In 2003, he received an award as Researcher of the Year from the Ontario Chiropractic
Association. He is presently the Director of Clinical Services & Research at
The Orthotic Group. Dr. Ross has lectured in Ireland, Australia and Switzerland.
His audiences include student chiropractors, chiropractors, chiropodists, podiatrists,
physiotherapists and faculty members at various educational institutions.
